This client loves cooking and needed more storage but didn’t want to sacrifice hallway space. To keep the narrow hallway feeling open, we transformed an unused section of the dining room wall into built-in shelving for his cookbooks. This not only added storage but also created a more open connection between the dining room and the rest of the home. In the hallway, we installed a custom, floor-to-ceiling pantry cabinet with soft LED lighting—offering ample, organized space for all his cooking essentials.

Struggling with poor lighting—especially in the shower—this client wanted a brighter, more inviting bathroom without a full remodel. To keep the project efficient, we kept the existing layout but made impactful upgrades: installing new light fixtures, replacing a full shower wall with a sleek pony wall and glass panel, and updating the vanity and tile. The result? A fresh, modern space with much-improved lighting and style.

This main-floor bathroom was ready for a complete transformation. The client envisioned heated marble floors, a spacious shower with a sliding glass door, and a modern vanity with upgraded lighting. We brought that vision to life, turning an outdated space into a stunning, spa-like bathroom with warmth, function, and timeless style.

With a baby on the way, this client needed more pantry storage. We spotted an underutilized nook in the kitchen island and transformed it into a built-in cupboard—seamlessly matching the existing cabinetry and paint. Now, they have extra storage without compromising the kitchen’s flow.

To get their home market-ready, the client wanted a modernized fireplace without a full overhaul. New tile and trim updates gave the hearth a fresh, stylish look.
